How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders confirmed before 16:00 (UTC+8) will be dispatched within 48 working hours. Shipping may be delayed during holidays or promotional periods.
Do you offer free returns?
We support a 30-day return & exchange service. Items must remain unused, unwashed and kept in original packaging.
Can I change my shipping address after payment?

Which courier will deliver my package?
We use DHL, FedEx and tracked air mail. A tracking number will be sent to your email once the parcel is shipped.
